useful guide to the city but not well organized,

We just returned from Barcelona and used several tour books. This was not the best, but it was useful and I would use it again.
This little book starts with an 8-page introduction tot he city, which was interesting, and continues with short sections devoted to attractions organized by type (parks, churches, etc) where each listing contains metro, hours and price information. We used several of the little walking tours in the book and they were good, but in general the book was not organized enough to be truly handy. It did have more detailed sections on shopping and sports than other guides, however, if that is of interest to you. Covers include fold-out maps which list main streets.
