A Very Entertaining Book,

My 5yr olds first reaction when I read this to him for the first time was "Wow, Mama read it again!" This book has become my sons new favorite book! Holding the plastic spiderman figure tethered to the book and 'slinging' it around as you read the book makes the book come alive. The pages are colorful and bright with only 5 pages of 2-3 sentences each. The book was short enough for my son to pick up fairly quickly so he could do his next favorite thing next to being read to....read the book back to me, adding his own Spiderman 'slinging' moves. Your child will love this book.

A good introduction to the world of superheroes for younger kids, 4-7, with just a few sentances per page, a plot that is not too convoluted, and no graphic violence. Kids love the interactive aspect of the Spiderman figure who swings through the book by way of an elastic cord. The text might be too short for older readers of 8 or so. A fun book.
