3.0 out of 5 stars Lots of Interesting Health Facts, August 4, 2009
This review is from: How Long Do You Choose To Live? (A Question of a Lifetime) (Paperback)
The author been around the alternative health world for a long time. This book is his "Crowning" work. For the average person seeking alternative health facts, it is a great read. Written simply for anyone to easily understand.
For anyone that has basic to advanced knowledge, this book has nothing new. All 430 pages are pretty much basic knowledge. Being an author that uses Immortality and is known for his Strongman feats, I expected more. There are no secrets revealed here, not even a hint of ancient or cutting edge knowledge here. The only information documented here is that, a raw food diet allows you to build muscle and stay strong. No need for animal protein. This certainly is not ground breaking and this is the main point of the book.
I find the average person has zero knowledge about health in general. For them, this book will really inform them. For a very advanced student of "Immortality" and esoteric knowledge in general, I expected a lot more. His Long Life advice, "Do not believe in death and you will live forever." Really Mr. Ragnar, is that all you have learned? Serious students of Long Life, need to seek out an authentic Mystery School to guide them. The average Joe, will learn alot from this book.
