Meg Brennon is the alias that Cassidy Malloy has adopted to keep her abusive husband from finding her. The first of four planned books in a series called The Women of Paragon Springs, Brown's vibrant and engaging tale of brave settlers will appeal to Dorothy Garlock fans and leave readers impatiently waiting for the next installment.
