5.0 out of 5 stars Whippersnapper Rocks!, November 2, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Long Walk (Audio CD)
The follow up to their debut cd America's Favorite Pastime is amazing. 4 part vocal and guitar harmonies drive this cd from start to finish. If you haven't heard them, this is the cd to get..best of the year...!

5.0 out of 5 stars As good as it gets when it comes to modern punk rock, May 5, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: Long Walk (Audio CD)
This album is extraordinary...from the diversity and strength of the songs, to the richness and clarity of the record...all come together to make this one album you won't want to pass up. The song writing is flawless, with driving guitar melodies, incredible drumming and amazing vocal harmonies all throughout the album.

These guys really have it down when it comes to the modern "pop punk" sound that can't really be confined within that one genre. Their style is very unique and wonderful.... I love this band, and you will to if you like such bands as (NOFX, Lag Wagon, Strung Out, Face to Face, Ten Foot Pole, Bad Religion, Blink 182, etc)

I highly recommend this album!! It's certainly one of my favorites of all times.

5.0 out of 5 stars Reinvigorating punk rawk..., March 31, 2002
This review is from: Long Walk (Audio CD)
Good grief! As a distinguished connoisseur of the punk genre, I must say that this album kicks arse and tears new ones as well! It goes beyond the redundancy of three chords into 4 part melodies & great vocal parts. And as always it's got the fast, hardcore songs (without redundant chord progressions!)...

This is NOT emo...this is truly hardcore punk, in the fashion of Lagwagon, Strung Out & Homegrown.

Best of all, it does not sound anything like Blink 182 or Sum 41 or New Found Glory. (Really all new punk bands should just stop posing like them, the novelty value will only last for four years or so.)
