I am suprised that this has not been reviewed before. This is a wonderful DVD. The quality of excellent. Things I have tried to learn from book and couldn't are on this DVD. You can learn Tao breathing with this DVD. I hope he does more things like this. I am now able to understand what I was doing wrong and how to do it correctly.

5.0 out of 5 stars Practical, no nonsense guide to more responsive breathing, February 12, 2003

Type the word "breathing" in an internet search engine and what do you get? CONFUSION!
This exceptional DVD cuts through the confusion with practical, step by step instructions for opening up your breathing restrictions. Some highlights: 1. The 70% rule (only exert 70% effort) virtually ensures that you will not hyperventilate (a real problem for those new to breathing practices) 2. Eye movements to teach you to breath with full support in all circumstances 3. Excellent graphics and demonstrations.
Do yourself a favour - throw away all your obscure books of breathing "excercises" and "experiments" and use this exceptional DVD.
As Mr. Frantzis says, no heath practice will give you more benefits for the time invested than Longevity Breathing.

1.0 out of 5 stars waste of money, October 6, 2004
By
curren (new jersey United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Longevity Breathing (DVD)
I dont know if the other two reviewers watched the same dvd i did but this was a total waste of money. For one thing there was no real instruction on breathing just a view of this man breathing and some poor anatomy computer graphics. Second of all this man goes into a whole health diatribe on how breathing helps you with your health , all the while he is completely over weight.

If your looking for some pointless eastern slant philosophy with a pure touch of new agey nonsense, then you found your dvd. If you'd like some real world breathing techniques then spend your money elsewhere!
