This watch is really amazing! The amount of complications for the money paid and quality of craftsmanship is such that you will never regret it. Since this is a modified and rather complex version of 7750 ETA movement, one piece of advise I would give you is that if need to service/repair it, only go through Longiness customer service: e.g. if you did not buy it through an authrozied dealer, Longiness will not acknowledge their warranty but paying them is the only way to go to avoid any troubles with the mechanism in the future (like some reviews I read on Amazon about this model of Master collection). Othere than that, there is no other watch on the market with this level of detail in the same price range. Longines nailed it right on the head!

I have had the Master Moonphase for some time and have had no trouble, the number of complications is high for the price and the gulloche face is of high quality. Of course it is not top tier watchmaking but you do get value for money, I think it's a great everyday chronograph.

I'm sorry to say my fascination with Longines watches quality has been shattered. My Longines broke down in its second year and after going through the trouble of sending it over to Geneva for repair it broke down again after only 6 months of use. I do not lead an overly active lifestyle or subject the watch to harsh conditions. Now I'm working on throwing (read: shipping) it back one way with a "thanks, but no thanks!" note.
