I bought this as a gift for my computer-illiterate husband who had worn out a previous dictionary. I chose a dictionary with sensible definitions (no defining a word in terms of itself), hand holdable size, and of such length as to allow spelling of words to be easily found. He loves the new dictionary. This dictionary would also be suitable for middle and high school students and basic English learners.
