I'm sorry, but I just couldn't get past the instructors. They looked bored and arrogant. I'm glad I rented it from the library first. I wouldn't buy it.

I found this workout suitable for my needs because I do not have tons of workout time but I want to sculpt certain body parts in order to maximize workout effectiveness. I am not in need of a weight loss program, and so it is difficult to find a video that just promotes good muscle tone and lean lines. This video works! If your goal is to tighten your buns and you are fed up with the gym or other workouts, try this one! The only complaints I have are the instructors annoying comments about wearing short-shorts, and the fact that you may need to change leg weights between exercises, and this time is not alloted during the video. Also, the first 15 minutes of the video are kind of pointless, we didnt buy this to just walk or skip in place!
