An amazing effort - 100 albums for the one record company!This album maintains Slim's unique country style, whilst still managing to incorporate some of the 'new' country sound into his music. Matilda No More - the duet with another great Aussie talent Kasey Chambers, laments the fact that Australia has lost a lot of its innocence. A great song. Other highlights are A Bad Days Fishing ("beats a good day's work everytime" - a great lyric that). Port Augusta, written by Steve Grace, is another great tune. |
