Editorial Reviews

Dr. Demento

"Larry Weaver is one of the up-and-coming guys on the funny music scene."

Product Description

Get your ticket for a hilarious ride courtesy of comedian Larry Weaver. Larry and friends are back to bring you a good time collection of music and mayhem.

* SEE the State Fair seductress who beguiles men with her one lazy eye!
* HEAR the bone-chilling tale of the haunted trailer!
* TOUCH AND BE TOUCHED by a very promiscuous clown!

Larry serves up all this and more in this album of infectious songs and outrageous commercial parodies. Perfect for anyone looking for fun!

5.0 out of 5 stars Out of the Ordinary, thank goodness..., October 4, 2001

(REAL NAME)
You won't find Larry Weaver at your local Wal*Mart. Well, you might, that would be the actual guy haunting the mobile home accessories depatment. His CD, however, is not in the "comedy bins" where they'll certainly have 20 copies of Jeff Foxworthy, 10 copies of Adam Sandler, 5 bleeped copes of the best of "The Jerky Boys" and maybe 1 "Weird Al"-bum. And that's actually a pretty sad statement of what's passed off as a "comedy album" these days.

"Looking For Fun" is a great showcase for Weaver's sense of humor with tales of romance, wrestling, and Ronald McDonald. Dr. Demento's audience already knows and loves Larry Weaver, this album deserves an mass audience willing to take a chance on a fresh new face in the new millennium.
