I recently purchased a Cellerciser Rebounder as spoken about in this book. This book explains all the benefits of exercising with a rebounder along with showing many of the low impact exercises that can be done with a rebounder. It's also sprinkled throughout with personal testimonies by people who have used this product. It's a quick read and very informative about its subject.
