Haunting and rich,

For those of us who loved the choral passages in Howard Shore's scores for the Lord of the Rings movies, this is a rich and hauntingly beautiful suite. Words are not necessary to appreciate choral music, and knowledge of the movie is totally unnecessary. The suite stands by itself.

I remember it from the movie... Great.I haven't it 'cause the original movie sountrack isn't edit in Europe. It's really strong and underline well the athmosphere of the scenes and the actors'skillness of the players... I should be nice have an edition in Europe, too.

I have three favorite movies and this is in the top three (along with Buster Keaton's The Cameraman and George Roy Hill's Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid). Pacino shows us who he is. I love this movie and find more in it every time I watch it. The cast is first rate and I can't imagine a modern audience not being inspired by this great, loving tribute to the Bard's most performed work.
