Fast punk that stays tight and sounds great the whole time.,

When I downloaded the song "Looking Up" by the New York punks, Cooter, I knew I was going to like them. When I finally got my hands on their debut album I was not let down at all. They play their instruments quick, yet they are all talented. The vocalist has a cool voice that is easy to listen to, which always helps. These guys are probably the best speed-punk band I have heard. I heard at their web-site that in April they are making a split EP with their friends(and another one of my fav bands) Slick Shoes, that will be released in April. I can't wait. Buy this CD if you like punk.

I think Cooter made a great cd. The remakes of some older songs go great with the newer ones. Chris writes unbelievable vocals. Overall this album is great and well worth listening to over and over again. If you want a great punk rock band then listen to Cooter out of Orange County, NY.
