This is a special book, the contents of which are in keeping with my long experience as a practising plastic and cosmetic surgeon. For example, Make a pact with yourself on page 10 actually describes what for me, and so for my patients, are the fundamentals for a healthy life and consequently for healthy skin. We frequently encounter patients who need treatments and interventions because of what you could call a non-too sensible lifestyle. Then I always think: What a shame. It could have been avoided. About the Author

Marjo Horn-van der Enden (1946) specialises in skin rejuvenation and (acne)scar treatments. In her practice in Amsterdam she treats people from throughout the Netherlands, but also from Belgium and Germany. She learnt facial massage techniques at an early age and discovered the importance of nutrition for the skin. She is convinced that facial exercises are effective for acquiring and maintaining an attractive skin. She started doing facial exercises herself when she was 34 years old, but it is clear from the results in the book that you can start at any age. Marjo Horn would like to share her knowledge on skin enhancement with others and teach them how to give the rejuvenation process a helping hand. Marjo Horn is giving Younger Face Master Class workshops all over the world.
