Ok, not one of her best and a reissue, but still worth reading, if you're a Graham fan. You do figure out who the killer is a little too soon in the book, about half way.
Kyle is her stepbrother, but has always been attracted to Madison and she of course has been in love with him all along. Of course they end up not being able to fight the attraction, especially since they are staying in the same house. You should still enjoy all the interaction between all the siblings step and natural and ex-husbands. Read it and decide for yourself.

WHO truly wrote this??,

I liked this book--could easily be a Lifetime movie. What bothered me is it just seemed SO much better than Heather Graham's other books, and VERY much in the style of Lisa Jackson. In fact,so much so, I found it hard to believe Ms. Graham wrote this. I'm getting a little tired of all these Harlequin,Silhouette, and other romance novels being re-issued,and then changing it up with a serial killer or the paranormal. The other day I read one where the hero was wearing a leisure suit and it was supposed to be occurring in the the 21st century!!! Does ANYONE proofread these books?? It is also very disconcerting, and a bad mark for Kindle produced books, that all the empty space in the typeset that provides scene definition ---letting the reader know the writer has moved on to another scene or day, or character in a different location--- has been removed. Very confusing, and one of my biggest complaints as an avid Kindle reader. This book is a perfect example.

I can not say enough how much I love Heather Graham! I love her stories and her characters!!!
I especially love that she continues the relationship with her characters by serializing her stories.

I liked this book from the first time I read it. Especially compared to her newer books. I have a real beef with Heather Graham and her newer books. She tries to mislead you and throw suspicion on several characters, but there is nothing substantial about it. Most of her red herrings are never explained! In this book she has paranormal, and explains why the psychic thing doesn't work. It is just a good, fun read. I am not reading HG for plot twists, spine tingles, or suspecting everyone. I still consider her a romance novelist and I want my happily-ever-after out of her. I really like going back and reading her older books before she started trying to prove something with her new mysteries.

Really like Heather Graham"s books. I like the suspense, paranormal aspects and the romance. She is a great storie teller. Her characters are always believable. The only thing I dont like about her books is, in the end, what happens with the 2 main characters is always the same. For people that started out as total stragers, this can be a little hard to believe. For those characters that already knew each other, it is easier to understand. But this is the only negative I have to say regarding Heather Graham's books. Her stories are always different, exciting and keep you engulfed.

I've recently finished reading this book for the second time in two years, and I've got to say that I just love it. I read many of Heather Graham's novels, and I have really liked all of them. While at times it can be a bit predictable, it is still a very good book. The protagonists are very likable. Even though the fact that they used to be step siblings is a little creepy at first, it doesn't really make a difference.

Poorly written,
This review is from: If Looks Could Kill (Mass Market Paperback)
The editor for this book should be fired. I was looking for a quick read in the genre of romantic suspense. The plot was poor and several key facts of the story had major flaws. Also, the grammatical errors were in the double digits at least. It appeared as though this book was quickly written and then rushed for publishing. Definitely not on the same level as other authors within this field.
