I LOVE CHAPPY!! I started going to this restaurant six years ago, and every time I made it down to the gulf area I insisted on dining there at least once. The food was fantastic; I never found a dish I did not like, and Chappy always made it a point to visit customers at their tables to ensure everything was to their liking. I was very sad to hear that Chappy decided not to reopen the restaurant after the hurricane, so naturally I was thrilled that the cookbook was still available for sale! Every recipe in this book is fairly easy to make, and delicious. Chappy also makes several wine, beer, or other drink pairing suggestions with each recipe. My personal favorite is the crab stuffing, which can be used in numerous recipes. If you are a fan of seafood dishes and/or cajun cuisine, you must have this cookbook. FIVE STARS!!!
