Never received the product,

I ordered this book and paid for the item. A week or two goes by and I'm advised they don't have the book anymore. IF YOU DON'T have the book don't advertise that you have new ones for sale!!!! In addition, I'm still trying to figure out if the did a credit on my credit card.
