Good Mix,

This review is from: Looney Tunes Video Show 1 [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This tape includes everything the Looney Tunes has to offer. It starts off with the first Tazmanian Devil cartoon and ends with an oscar nominated Speedy Gonzales. It also contains a Sylvester & Tweety and a Roadrunner. Perfect for infants or those who have lived in a cave getting their first glimpse of Looney Tunes. Plus , the one with Porky and Daffy is brilliantly hilarious if you can handle violent, cold blooded humour.

1. Devil May Hare (1954, McKimson; stars Bugs and Taz, the latter in his first appearance)
2. Birds of a Father (1961, McKimson; stars Sylvester and Sylvester Jr) 3. The Ducksters (1950, Jones; stars Daffy and Porky) 4. Zipping Along (1953, Jones; stars Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote) 5. Mexicali Shmoes (1959, McKimson; nominated for an Academy Award, and stars Speedy Gonzales and Slowpoke Rodriguez (in his first appearance) 6. Ant Pasted (1953, Freleng; stars Elmer Fudd) 7. Room and Bird (1951, Freleng; stars Sylvester and Tweety) I really enjoy "The Ducksters" (which is an underrated cartoon), "Birds of a Father," and "Room and Bird" (one of the best in the Tweety and Sylvester series). |
