Only problem is that this is not cinnamon oil, but rather cinnamon oil and flavor mixed with an unidentified oil.

Product was shipped promptly and arrived undamaged. I made a bunch of Cinnamon tooth picks with this product and they are great. I recommend this product.

my grandma told me not to use ground cinnamon to make applesauce but to find the oil. She was right, of course. I thought the ground cinnamon flavored it fine, but this stuff made just that extra bit of difference.

I use this for making hard candy and suckers successfully. The flavor is concentrated, so not much is needed, which means it lasts quite a while. Great product!

This Cinnamon oil flavoring is intense and wonderful. I am not a candy maker, but I do a lot of baking and this stuff fits the bill when you need more flavor to frostings or cakes or even whipping cream. It's for those times when you simply could not use powdered cinnamon with its very dark color. In fact, this is so nice, that I am tempted to begin making candy. Hmmm...you could even do a cinnamon-flavored Divinity. The possibilities are endless!

My mom used to make candy every winter with oil of cinnamon and also mint. My daughter asked me to make some for her because she liked it so well as a kid. Well, I couldn't find it anywhere until I found it here on Amazon. I haven't made the candy yet but am happy to have finally found a place to buy the oil.

Only way to go if you're canning apples, making apple butter or apple sauce. Just be very careful not to overuse. You can always add more. I used 1/4 teaspoon for a crock pot full of apples and that was just right.
