A.B. Simpson is known in church history as the man who was the most effective in spreading the message of divine healing. He is probably the only teacher of divine healing in his day to have founded a denomination (Christian & Missionary Alliance). Thanks to the publishing arm of the C&MA, many of the books by this great man of God are back in print.

This book is (in my opinion) one of his best teachings on the subject of divine healing. He presents the subject of healing from a theological, devotional, as well as a practical standpoint. This study of the Scriptures concerning God's power and willingness to heal in this present age is a needful faithbuilder for those who may be suffering under physical ailments. In the last chapter, Mr. Simpson gives answers to questions and objections concerning this subject.

If you have never read anything by this wonderful man of God, make this book a first in your library. After reading this I can almost guarantee that you will want to read more books by him.

This book truly is amazing and inspiring! Simpson in this writing gives wonderful detail on divine healing by giving many references and lessons from Scripture. It most certainly has opened my eyes to see our Lord as a compassionate Healer Who desires for us to have a healthy body so that we may serve Him and have a powerful testimony for Him. But this book goes far beyond the subject of bodily healing. It will also inspire the reader to "search his heart" as well as to desire a wonderful,living, vibrant relationship with our great loving Savior and to "abide in Him". In doing so, His wonderful sustaining power flows through every part of our being; body, soul and spirit. Believe me after reading this book you will fall on your knees in worship and adoration of our Savior and realize as Simpson also states that "His atoning work at Calvary covers the whole man which includes health for our bodies until our life work is done". You can't help but put your trust completely in God after reading this book. Certainly Simpson was led of the Spirit to write this wonderful work to be a great encouragement to believers! The best and most well balanced book on healing I have ever read! It changed my whole way of thinking concerning this subject. I'm certain other readers will feel the same!
