the treebeard is awesome!toybiz did a great work on the sculpture and the electronic voice is as clear as you can talk.though it is not the best bendable action figure dont get me wrong it is bendable but not as much as you want it to be.it can pick up any toy with his hand when you press a button.you can put some hobbit action figures on it that is cool.it is a great christmas present moms.and if you cant wait untill the two towers then this toy will start your collection of deluxe creatures and action figures.member this toy is rarely found anywhere else exsept ...amazon.com!

A Must - Have,

This review is from: Lord of the Rings The Two Towers Electronic Sound and Action 15" Treebeard The Talking ENT Action Figure (2002 ToyBiz) (Toy)
This Treebeard figure is incredible. He is very tall, and when you attatch his extra top branch that he comes with it makes him even taller. He has great detail, complete with little leaves and branches coming out of him. He looks a LOT like the Treebeard in the film, too, which is a definite plus. But even by itself it is just an amazing toy. He is quite heavy and solid, seems very well-made, and I love the fact that he is so big because I have him towering above all my other figures, as it should be. The button you press to make him talk is made to look like a little green branch, which is a nice touch. My favorite is when he says the "Little Orcs," with all that great Treebeard hooming and homming, and when he talks his eyes light up yellow and his moustache moves up and down. His hands are so cool, I can't wait to get Merry and Pippin so he can hold them. The arm-lifting action is a definite bonus. He is very loud, it was suprising when I got him out of the box how LOUD he is. But I like it that way because it makes it more like Treebeard. My only complaint- and it's a small one- would be that the packaging had him strapped in at every corner so tight that it was like trying to break a pal out of Alcatraz. But I would rather have it that way than have him arrive broken. Over all, this is a wonderful LotR item and if you are collecting the figures this is a must-have. I just got him recently and I can't stop playing with him. (and I'm supposed to be an adult- ha!) He's hard to put down. He's worth the price and then some.
