This review is from: Lord of the Rings: Return of the King 6" Figure Eomer (Toy)
He looks just like the actor but he is sooo short compared to the Elves. Oh,well. The elves are supposed to be a lot taller than men anyways. He just looks a little funny standing next to them thats all. His face is very beautiful. His costume is incredibly detailed. Stunning paint work! An absolute must for the collector.

This review is from: Lord of the Rings: Return of the King 6" Figure Eomer (Toy)
This is such a great toy. It is so highly detailed. His sword isnt bendy at all, he look great with his cape and his sword fits in his hand and scabbard perfectly. He has a cool action for his sword though mine does'nt all ways work that well. But this is better than the first one who always had is mouth open.If you going to get one lotr toy get eomer. Over all great toy.

Eomer, king of the Riddermark,

This review is from: Lord of the Rings: Return of the King 6" Figure Eomer (Toy)
The nephew of Theoden, king of Rohan, Eomer led the armies of Rohan well until the wizard Gandalf healed Théoden of his weakness. Theoden once again took command of his kingdom, and after fighting against the Uruk-hai of Saruman, Theoden marshaled all his people to march to Gondor's aid. Eomer rode as second-in-command, leading his eored against the forces of Mordor bravely. Upon the death of his uncle the king, Eomer became the king of Rohan. He later journeyed with Aragorn and the free soldiers of Middle-Earth to challenge the dark lord Sauron before the Black Gate. Victory was achieved, Aragorn was crowned king of Gondor, and the two kingdoms renewed their friendship.
Eomer comes with his coronation outfit, which includes his normal battle armor, but overtop was worn a regal cloak. His face is calm and noble, which is somewhat of a welcome change over the mouth wide open pose from the Two Towers edition. His sword hangs at his side. The cloak is actually unique from the other Lord of the Rings figure cloaks -- it wraps around his shoulders, it does not clasp. Excellent facial likeness and sculpt, excellent armor. Pretty good articulation -- the pauldrons (shoulder guards) make entire arm swiveling a little difficult. Relatively easy to stand on his own, with or without cloak. I'd recommend you get him single, but I think it's better to buy the Coronation Pack if you can and get the other coronation-clothed characters along with Eomer. It's still a good edition, it's just best to get him along with the others. A addition to your collection in any case.
