When I was given the book as a gift, I thought 'how nice' not the sort of book I'd buy for myself but 'thank you'. I look for action or suspense or mystery as opposed to 'thought provoking content'.
From page one I was hooked. This novel has it all - from a young farmers dreams to another mans power and how that power can corrupt and destroy. I would thoroughly recommend this as a must read. It's brutal and it's searingly hot!!!
