I was suprised to receive this book so quickly. Sadly, I already own both titles enclosed as single novels. Both single titles are out of print, so if you haven't read either one, this is probably to best way to obtain these titles.

The Ruthless Lord Rule - Tristan Rule is irresistable to the ladies of the TON, with the exception of Miss Mary Lawrence. This catches Tristan's attention, because she is a mystery he MUST solve. She is actually the daughter of a French traitor that the loyal Englishman Rule tried to capture during the Pennisula War. In that this is a regency romance, "we" know the outcome - the twists and turns are interesting and it is a good read for a quiet afternoon.

The Toplofty Lord Thorpe - Julian Rutherford (Lord Thorpe) is the object of Lucy Gladwin's affection. He is sure that he is above all others and snubs Lucy. Then, he is involved in a scandal and becomes an outcast of society. Lucy knowns that he has been unjustly accused and is determined to clear the name (and reputation) of her beloved. This is also a regency romance.

Both stories are fun and entertaining regency romps, with feisty heroines and heros who aren't so perfect.
