We bought this wireless system to view livestock in our barn. It travels about 200-250 feet with perfect vision and sound. Both cameras have full signal traveling from the house, through a metal hay barn and inside a wooden barn. Perfect. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

These camera's I did not like at all. Too big, heavy and cumbersome. Not truly wireless and very inconvenient since you have to plug each unit in and have to have an extension or wall outlet near by. The night vision is horrible, black & white and very fuzzy. The only good thing about these is the part that actually is wireless and that was the remote. It hooked up easy and did what it was supposed to do and offered all different modes including split screen showing all areas at once. Plus it was a small size. These offered daytime color picture which was pretty good but not great and not as good as a much smaller wired camera from Remington I brough 10 years ago! With the technology today it would be nice if they could make these a 5th their size and weight, truly wireless with good battery life, perhaps rechargeable, better quality picture (especially the night vision) and the other possitives I did mention. Sorry Lorex but I sent these back - and good riddens.

I purchased additional wireless cameras to add on to my DVR for 4 Channel screen. They are easy to install, pairing cameras to the DVR was a breeze. The only thing needed to know is that both cameras are on one receiver which splits on one channel. I was able to contact Lorex and purchase an additional receiver to connect to my system. Pairing the cameras is a simple procedure. Lorex Technical Assistance was very responsive to my questions.
