The Lorex SGX1600 16-channel Multiplexer provides a cost-effective solution for consolidating video signals in small to large-scale CCTV-camera installations. Not only does the SGX1600 let you connect up to 16 separate cameras and view any one of them or all of them simultaneously from one monitor, but with both independent main and call monitor outputs, you can watch up to all 16 cameras and view one camera feed full-screen at the same time. This unit includes individual alarm inputs with individual settings for each of the 16 channels, and features video-loss detection for each camera, an adjustable video quality for each camera, and a power-loss memory function. Designed to be rack mountable for multiple-device installations, the Lorex SGX1600 has several display and recording options that make suitable for professional applications as well as more amateur use.

NTSC compatible, the Lorex SGX1600 utilizes BNC (Bayonet Neill-Concelman) connectors for its 16 camera inputs, 16-channel camera loop-back, main and call monitor outputs (one each), and VCR input and output (one each). This unit also includes an S-video connection for one VCR input and one VCR output, and achieves a maximum resolution of 30 fps (frames-per-second) with 704 by 468 effective pixels. Through its on-screen display and real-time clock function, the SGX1600 provides you with the date and time, a 2x digital zoom, picture freeze, and programmable dwell times from one to 10-seconds. Also featuring a key lock for security purposes, this multiplexer includes a 50-event alarm history log, a VCR-trigger output, and the ability to use a remote control via built-in RS232 or RS485 support. The SGX1600's built-in motion detection has 256 levels of sensitivity and allows 15 x 12 targets per camera. Users can view camera signals in full-screen, sequentially, via PIP (picture-in-picture), or simultaneously 4, 7, 9, 10, 13 or 16 at a time.
