This review is from: Lose It For Ever: Lose Weight and Improve Your Health- Do it the Right Way (Paperback)
The book is easy to read and makes it easy to use in your every day life and very motivational. It is helpful in learning what to eat and what not to eat. Considering Dave's own lifestyle with his fitness focus it is easy to use the book knowing that it has been useful to him and to so many others. We will have it around for a long time to make sure we can stay on track. Great investment for a lifestyle change in eating and watching our calorie count.

This book is an easy to read and easy to follow way to ensure adequate weight while eating right. It motivated me to get back on the right track to maintain my weight and even shed a few pounds. I even shared the book with some friends who appreciated the book as well. I absolutely love the book and I am happy to have this book on hand as I get older and need the reminder constantly. Thank you Dave for your encouraging words.
