As a busy mom and personal trainer, I know how hard it is to find the time to get in a good workout. When I became a personal trainer I focused on helping busy women fit weight loss and working out into their daily routines.

The exercise routines you’ll find in this book are for beginners as well as advanced athletes. You won’t need a lot of gear or a lot of room. These workouts can be done almost anywhere because they're body-weight exercises. Just bring yourself, some water and a towel.

If you’re thinking this is about doing a couple arm curls, this is the wrong book for you. If you’re serious about losing weight and getting healthy, you need to move. These routines will help get you in the ‘moving mode’ by utilizing interval-style routines.

Does this book have pictures? NO. Why not? I wanted to provide you with routines that are easy to read. Including pictures in Kindle format comes out wrong on various reading devices. I decided to keep it simple.

To help you fit the routines into your schedule, each workout has an allotted amount of time for completion. Only have 10-minutes? No problem! I’ve got you covered. These workouts are 10 or 15-minutes long. You choose depending on how much time YOU have. Have more time and feel motivated? Do more than one.

First of all, the negative reviewer that left a comment about this book was a FOOL. This is simply perfect PERFECT for me. This is what I've been looking for. There's NO nonsense about how I should eat better and how, with diet and exercise, I can look like a model. NO, this is THE perfect combo of nothing but effective 10-15 minute exercise sets and you can choose the sets. You can do these ANYWHERE. Its MORE than that, the focus groups are combined in a way so that you get the most effective workout for the ten minutes, not just throw your hands around and then jog and then more body-by-jake wannabe stuff, this is all easy and DO-ABLE. I did two sets this morning and I already have the exhilarating rush and burn of a good GOOD 'quickie'. I'm horrible at reviews and wordy, but THIS workout manual is easy and no-nonsense. Its all effective exercise routines that you can mix up and memorize SUPER easy and you can do these in you bathroom before a shower before work. I love this. I can't say it enough. HOW could someone not give this 5 stars?? I DON'T want an exercise manual that is 500 pages of crap and then 5 sets of workouts that I can't do, have no equipment for and hate.

Thank you for writing this. I'm so serious. This is PERFECT.
