I have been using the weight loss approach for 2 days now and I am very impressed so far. Too soon to notice weight loss but my mood and energy have improved beyond belief. If the weight loss also works I will be more than satisfied.

This 28 page book is not worth the money. It is written by an "internationally known SPEAKER" not doctor or any other professional in the medical field. The book is filled with one liners and very poorly written, and can be read in about ten minutes. It is very clear the author's underlying motivation for publishing this book. He wants you to spend hundreds of dollars on products from a company he promotes. I am very disappointed in my purchase and I caution anyone from spending the money and making the same mistake I did.

I recommend that you don't waste your time on this book. It's full of quasi-medical claptrap (and contains a number of glaring typos) which boils down to "the body digests food and your digestive system needs to function well." There, that's the first section of the book. The rest of it is a "plan" that effectively boils down to: take vitamins, manage your diet and exercise (with a brief mention of basic food-combining principles), and again, make sure your colon and digestive system is working properly. There are repeated enticements to buy specific supplements and products from a specific vendor, though it's not clear if the author is affiliated with that vendor. Much of the page count is taken up by a useless appendix listing various medical definitions. Anyway, this is not worth $10.

For what it's worth, it appears that the book is self-published. Each page contains liberal amounts of whitespace to pad what is effectively a pamphlet into a "book." As an overweight person who has been on antidepressants, I thought there would be some genuine medical insight or some "secret" in here. What I found was a pretty crappy pamphlet which was apparently designed to entice those who (like me) Googled for a solution to my problem.
