First off, the author giving herself five stars in a review is beyond tacky, and her 'review' should be banned by Amazon.

Secondly, the self-review would be excusable if the book were any good. Google 'diet tips' and you will find everything she has in her book. Buying this book was an unfortunate mistake.

There are a few good tips I've read from the book, some are quite common sense while others are quite useful too. The reason why I gave this book a 3 star is because I don't really agree some of the tips in the book and thought it could be better. I've just read How to Lose Belly Fat Fast: Lose 30 Pounds of Excess Fats in 30 Days! too and thought this there are some great advice in the book..

This book is a pretty good primer on losing weight. I can't believe people are upset because they spent a dollar on the book. If you don't want to waste hours looking around on the internet, then this book is a good way to go.

This gives easy to choose or not choose tips to start where you are and see where it takes you. Becky Clark is the seventh of eight kids, which explains both her insatiable need for attention and her atrocious table manners. She likes to read funny books so it felt natural to write them too.
