Cosmopolitan Cool
As soon as this sample geared up, my eyes immediately went to the album cover. This song captures the mood portrayed in the photo, and the title, City Lights, Vol. 2. The song invokes the feeling of walking down Lexington Avenue on a Friday evening, NYC in full swing, one person immersed in a sea of humanity, making their way wherever. Nice
A pretty good song, not great compared to the other songs on the album but at least it got my interest and made me order the CD, which is verrrry good.

As soon as this sample geared up, my eyes immediately went to the album cover. This song captures the mood portrayed in the photo, and the title, City Lights, Vol. 2. The song invokes the feeling of walking down Lexington Avenue on a Friday evening, NYC in full swing, one person immersed in a sea of humanity, making their way wherever. I've "Lost My Way," but I'll soon be conversing with my favorite bartender. In this case though, the sea of humanity is cruising the Tokyo Shopping District, as Shibuya is one of the 23 names its citizens call the city. I think the category should be Japanese Chill rather than DJ/Electronica/Dance. "Saturday Night" is the closest thing to a dance song on this 15 cool tune set. I'll be having a martini with this CD.
