excellent service. somehow, the label got ruined and so i didn't receive the book for awhile. when i wrote to the seller to let them know i had not yet received the book, i got an immediate response. it had mistakenlt been reshelved and so they reshipped it immediately, responses were courteos and helpful and the book was perfect.
