I am a big fan of Third Eye Blind. And in my opinion Losing A Whole Year is the best song by them of both there albums. I purchased this single and its an awesome single. I bought this single because it had remixes of the song. Not one remix but two. This is an import single that is not available to buy in American stores. The first remix is awesome and it is drastically changed with added drum beats different guitar sounds and lyrics changed around and edited. The second remix is awesome too. This remix is similar to the first one except without the added string instruments like the violin. And it has more of a dance beat added to it. They are both awesome. The bottom line is if you really like Losing A Whole Year then this import single is what you need to buy! It is awesome!

I bought 3EB in August of 1998 and have not stopped listening to the CD since. It completely was in tune with my life. The best song on that CD without a doubt has got to be Losing A Whole Year. I also enjoy Jumper, Narcolepsy, and #11 on the CD in which the title of that particular song has since left my mind currently. I suggest that everyone at least give Third Eye Blind the listen, because I did and I have not stopped listening since.

I have loved Third Eye Blind fo the past two years, and the one piece of advice i can give to anyone is to buy Third Eye Blinds debut album. You can't go wrong eith this cd. They are the best rockers ever and I love them. Most people only listen to the singles, but EVERY song is great! Buy the album! NOW!

The first in a series of hit singles, Losing A Whole Year contains power-packed guitars and cool lyrics. Third Eye Blind is one of the best new bands out today, and this single is no failure on their part. Followed up by other greats as Graduate, Semi-Charmed Life, Jumper, etc. With a great live show, backed by immaculate studio recording, TEB will continue to make great new rock. Losing A Whole Year shows no signs of breaking trend of greatness!

Third Eye Blind is my favorite band and ever since I got their CD. I've never stopped listening to it. My roomate never listened to them before, now he knows all the words to all the songs. If their new CD is half as good as their old one, I'd be happy. My favorite song, without a doubt, is Motorcycle Drive By. Not many people have heard it, but once you have, you won't stop listening to it!

This was I think the 3rd single released by Third Eye Blind, and definitely one of thier best. The b-sides are really cool too. Definite must have for any serious 3eb fan!

the best cd of the year

Losing a Whole Year is without a doubt the most overlooked of all of Third Eye Blind's singles. It never got heavy radio airplay, but is a fan favorite because of the various emotions it brings forth. It is the first track on the album, and is frequently the first song the band plays at concerts....if you've never heard it, you should check it out!!
