James W. Goll is the co-founder of Encounters Network - a ministry to the nations and the International Director of Prayer Storm. He is the author of over twenty five books including The Lost Art of Intercession, The Seer, Dream Language, The Coming Israel Awakening and many others. James (Jim) is a member of the Harvest International Ministries Apostolic Team, the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders, and other national and international ministries. He has appeared on the 700 Club, TBN, 100 Huntley, DayStar, God TV and other radio and TV broadcasts. He and his wife late wife Michal Ann were married for 32 years before her graduation into heaven in September 2008. Together they parented four wonderful children: Justin, GraceAnn, Tyler and Rachel. James continues to write, travel the globe preaching and ministering and lives in the beautiful hills of Franklin, Tennessee.

Dr. James W. Goll, co-founder of Encounters Ministry calls the Christian believer to awake to the need of returning to the power and passion of a heart on fire for God. He begins with background on the Moravian prayer warriors of the eighteenth century. Goll then moves on to show the progression in intercession and intervention before a loving God.

The first and second steps are a restoration of fire on the altar and a restoration of the priestly role of intercession. Using Old Testament Scriptures Goll sheds light on the fire and power of New Testament teachings.

Instructions are given on becoming an advocate in prayer with a reminder of the importance of practicing the Lord's presence. Goll shares the key to reaping the harvest in worldwide missions and of the need to expect and experience the supernatural. He goes to develop a pattern for working as an apostolic team.

The inclusion of E. M. Bound's "Power Through Prayer" is an added bonus and clearly paves the way to become watchmen of the Lord restoring power and passion to intercessory prayer.

"The Lost Art of Intercession" is an important and timely tool for prayer warriors of today.

This book tells us how to stand in the gap for our generation through prayer and intercession.

God wants us to watch and pray. He wants to restore back to the church the prayer of intercession.

Prayer is powerful and one of our most deadly and effective weapons for destroying the work of the enemy.

Prayer is simply being with God. The greatest thing in life is to be able to touch the heart of God and have His heart touch you.

Once again we are taught how to stand in the gap though intercession for family & our nation. James Goll has incredible insight into prayer & the heart of God.
