About the Actor

In 2004, Joanna Skye was nominated for 2 Emmy Awards for On-Air Talent/Host for "Lost Legends of the West." It was not only her debut television show, but was also her first professional audition. She captured the producers’ attention on a homemade video with her natural on-camera presence and wearing a baseball hat. Joanna was working for a public relations firm for a year prior and was eager to move out from under the desk and into the unknown depths of caves and mines in search of hidden treasure. She has always had a love of history and exploration, and quickly found herself researching Wild West legends, writing and retelling crazy survival stories. Joanna was now able to combine her passion for travel and adventure with television. She found her niche with "Lost Legends." Joanna grew-up outside Philadelphia, PA and graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Communications. She currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.

Nathan Cutietta is the owner of Swashbuckler Studios and the creator of "Lost Legends of the West". His television career started at 15 when he got a job as an editor at Jorgensen Productions, a small post-production house in Tucson, Arizona. Nathan worked there through school and then got a job at a Warner Brothers Affiliate as a producer. He later moved to Los Angeles and worked as a Director and Producer for Fox and Fox Sports. While at Fox Nathan started to play around with the idea producing his own show. Nathan's love of treasure hunting, travel and the outdoors was an obvious influence on his decision to create "Lost Legends of the West"
