Michael Whalen is one of the most talented composers on the planet today, having released several album gems, each one remarkably distinct from the next.His most recent compositions on Lost Liners hold together beautifully, and can be consumed whole even without the benefit of the TV visuals. This music is definitely worthy of an EMMY. The musical textures he is able to weave are startling and hugely emotional. I am a huge fan, and I give this album the best rating.
