Paula Castle was a Wonderful, one of a kind artist. Too bad this GREAT recording is the only remaining record of that fact. (BTW, I hear that Paula is alive and well, and living in Queens, NY)

This is the original LP from the 50's transfered to CD. This new CD release from Japan is an example of how CD's should be produced. The sound is gorgeous and the packaging (the CD looks exactly like the original LP label) is beautiful. ~ Miss Castle's singing- is divine. What a pleasure to hear such tunes as "Lost Love" and "Yesterday's Gardenias". The CD is expensive but, to me- it's well worth it.

... Unforutnately this is the only album (cd) PAULA CASTLE made. It was recorded in the mid 50's. Her singing is smooth, the selections are great and we wish she had done more. I highly recommend this CD. It's a pleasure to listen to.
