As a former resident, I am, of course, familiar with the "back story" of Lima, and was happy to buy and view this well-made documentary. As another reviewer has noted, it does a great job of outlining the small-town problems that are typical of today's middle America.
That this was made before the current recession makes this film all the more poignant...things can only get worse.

Superb documentary of the economic hardships hitting Lima, Ohio, a typical smaller midwestern community resulting from the effects of globalization and econiomic reorganization.
