This was a great film and this was im part due to its excellent score. It was majestic and even rivaled Star Trek in some places. (did I really just write that?) Too bad the movie didn't do to well. I would love to see a sequel to tie up some loose ends.

This soundtrack is surprisingly good. I usually like only the score portion of the CD and completely ignore the various artists, but that wasn't the case this time around. Although the score didn't seem to be recorded right (the sound quality is muffled) it's still very enjoyable as well as the songs that came before them. My favorite "various artist" has to be "Will and Penny's theme".

I thought the Apollo Four Forty theme tune was a great catchy mix and was only beaten as my fave by Bruce Broughton's score.This part really reminded me of all the best bits of the movie.

Lost In Space is a great movie and I think the soundtrack is just as important. The music on this CD was just right. It was mostly techno, which was right because it brought out the technological side of Lost In Space and the futuristic things about it.

I love this CD because of how fast paced it is. While the similar sounds can wear thin, this is great music to play while doing something else, esp. when playing video games

Well i have to say that this is the coolest mix of electric techno I have heard in a long time. The apollo four fourty song Lost In Space (theme) is fast ,catchy and very groovy. ratings of songs:*,crap **, alright ***,groovy song ****, damn good ***** awesome! 1. Even if you didn't like the movie you will love this sound track. If you like lots of different and interesting music this is the soundtrack for you!

I've had this CD (before I lost it. Now the CD is no longer lost in space, but LOST IN MY ROOM LOL)But I've listened to the music, I'm not really big on the Techno, but the music was a bit interesting. Then there was the musical composition part. Now that really makes your imagination go wild to what imaginative movie you create fits with this kind of music. It's strong and fast paced in a few. My favorite track is the first composition track. It makes it's intro lightly and makes a bold touch as it reaches further into the score. Then there's the others which I'd rather leave to your imagination. If there were 10 stars I would give it 11 cause it happends to be my favorite composition since the Abyss.

The new Lost in space theme tune is fast and funky, it's a cool fusion of the original tv theme and more modern Jungle/Garage backbeat.

It doesn't quite capture the mood of Summer '98, but overall the CD is pretty good, the orchestral score is pretty mellow in contrast with the rest of the tracks which tend to be very spacey and techno.

If you didn't sit through the end credits then this is a worthy substitute.
