The item was not what I was expecting. The product description said I was going to receive 4 LED keychains & I only received 1. I spoke directly with customer service and they apologized for the miscommunication. I appreciated that. They also said they were going to change the description so that other customers won't misinterpret the product description.

I must say I am very disappointed. The lot of 12 lights came and all have white LED's. The product description and technical details, and pictures all mention/depict colored light, or at least infer it. Even the colors of the fixture only came in green, red, blue if that was their intention.
It is not even worth my time or money to ship these back, which makes this all the more frustrating. |
