Gail Howard definitely has another winner with her "Lotto Wheel Five to Win" book. Myself and 6 other co-workers had utilized a 22 number Gail Howard Wheel to win a NJ Cash 5 Jackpot of $99,350 on 1/31/95. While everyone hopes to win a large mega game jackpot, it is much easier to win a Cash 5 Jackpot. Gail Howard has taken great pains to write in a lucid style which is easy to understand by all. I highly recommend "Lotto Wheel Five to Win" for anyone who is serious about winning the lottery.

On may 20, 1996 I won the Illinois Little Lotto drawing. I had just recently purchased the Gail Howard publication LOTTO WHEEL FIVE TO WIN and I used her 22 number wheel. Since that 5-number win I have hit 33-4-number winners & innumerable 3-number winners. Gail Howard's systems are the best I have seen. I fully recommend her systems to everyone serious about winning the lottery!

After using for a few months and finding the different combinations for a small group of numbers I started hitting many '4 of 5' prizes. Until I tried the 540 chart for thirteen numbers and twentyone combinations, I hit the JACKPOT! Using the option F4 to optimize I increased my winnings playing 35 numbers instead of the regular twentyone and in that JACKPOT play, all the numbers were winners! THANK YOU so much Gail for this GREAT wheeling system!

No other book on the market today can compare with the ease of wheeling as this book. It explains not only how to wheel numbers so you can win multiple prizes, but minimum and maximum prizes you can expect to win within your wheels. Plus much more info. I honestly feel a Jackpot win is within anyones grasp if they read this book and use its wheels!

Gail Howard's "Lotto Wheel Five to Win" is one of her series of books on how to win at any conceivable lottery on the planet. This one features page after page of wheeling systems that supposedly guarantee a win should you pick the right numbers. How to pick the right numbers? That requires the additional purchase of her "Lottery Master Guide", which explores all the different ways one might go about in picking the magic numbers.
On the surface most of her advice is excellent. Don't bet your birtherday, especially in a game like Power Ball with 55 numbers to choose from. Limiting yourself to a maximum of 31 numbers is simply a sucker bet. If it should win you'll likely be sharing with some other sucker. I also agree with her that it doesn't pay to play overdue numbers. Winners tend to repeat for awhile. Random numbers do show trends that it pays to follow.
To me the real value of the Pick 5 book is that it can also be used as the base of your Power Ball or Mega Millions bet. If you can pick a certain number of potential winners and wheel them through whichever of her charts that you choose, you will enhance your chances of winning at Power Ball as well as Pick 5. All that remains is to pick the hottest power ball number as a separate exercise.
Of course Ms. Howard doesn't tell you this because she has a separate book to sell on Power Ball.
Much of her general advice on playing the lottery (And not playing when the number trends don't look good) is repeated in the opening pages of Pick 5 to Win, but the Master Guide is a necessary companion. With it I was able to construct skip-hit charts, which are the basis of the numbers I choose.
Using these principles can cut your odds from hundreds of millions to one down to merely millions to one, but don't lose sight of the fact that you play the lottery as a fun challenge where your losses will far outweigh your wins, but if you keep your plays within a budget and do without something, like smoking or drinking, that is probably outright harmful to you to gain the money to play the lottery, you will be a winner no matter what the outcome.
My personal luck to date with the Pick 5 to Win book is after spending $15 a week for eight weeks I won $6 the first time I tried it and not a dime since. Using my own personal system for picking the power ball I've managed to win something at that game about every other drawing. That's a lot better than using the Quick Pick option at the lotto store.

If you ever want to win the Fantasy Five in Florida, this is the book that is going to help you do it. So much information is there that one could not gain on your own. Every day now I choose a different wheel, trying to test some of the ones in my comfort zone of how much I want to spend. It is amazing that I have not had a day that I have not had a winning ticket of some sort, whether it is a series of free tickets or a three or even higher. And the winning tickets which are quick picks never have the numbers on them that I have, thanks to all the suggestions by Gail Howard. Buy the book! I found this book to be highly reliable and a good read. I have gotten great results using the wheels in this book and applying them to our state run lottery. I am confident I will win the big one very soon!!This book has saved me a lot of money by refining my picks and increasing my odds tremendously!!

Gail Howard's books are comprehensive, detailed and chock full of great stuff. Nobody guarantees wins and she doesn't either. It is easier to win if you follow some known advice. She has it, I like it and I buy the books. I think she was ahead of the pack with her ideas.

This book has many lotto wheels that cut down on the odds of winning the hard way and raises the luck of the draw in your favor. If you feel the least bit lucky this book can turn a small win into a large payoff. This book is a must have if you deal with any type of take 5 lotto. That is picking 5 numbers only with no mega ball or powerball just straight five numbers.

I could begin by simply saying "WOW" but this would not do justice to explaining the virtues that is, the inherent power or command one gets when having and using Gail Howard's "LOTTO WHEEL FIVE TO WIN" book.After
reading the book from cover to cover and then applying the strategies outlined in the book I won three seperate JACKPOTS almost simultaneously
and continue win on smaller winnings.If you are like us who like to win,then this is the perfect book for you and your friends.Small investment with oulook for big rewards. I highly recommend this book.
