Before becoming a speaker, author and entrepreneur, Bob was the Chief Human Capital Officer for AECOM, a Fortune 500 global professional services firm, with 45,000 employees located in 450 offices throughout the world. Before joining AECOM in 2005, Bob worked for ENSR, a Massachusetts based 3,000 employee international environmental consulting firm, and now a subsidiary of AECOM. While at ENSR, Bob was Executive Vice President of Organizational Development, and Chief Operating Officer and spearheaded ENSR's award winning Employee Engagement programs and initiatives.
Bob has a BS degree from Salem State College, Salem, MA, and a MBA from Suffolk University, Boston, MA. He resides in Danvers, MA with wife Candice, and is blessed with 3 terrific children, Marissa, Brendan, and Connor. In his spare time Bob enjoys reading, photography, and participating in baseball, basketball, golf, and kayaking.
