I would like to make a full review of every track to explain you how good this albums is but I wouldn't find the right way(and could be boring).

All you need to know is that this album is a "electro jewel", Daniel Myer is a genius. Both, lyrics and music are good, I have listened almost every EMB and synthpop release from the last year and many of course years before and let me tell you this records is a 6 stars good, some kind of different to Future Prophecies and Haujobb(Myer's main project), but IMO...it's better.

A perfect fusion of EBM and synthpop; agressive, melodic, intellectual, sticky beats...

...Just BUY IT!

DSTR is back again, and no complaints from me. A perfect blend of post modern industrial electronica and passionate future pop. Some of the songs are aggressive and beat heavy while other songs are slower, melodic, and somewhat depressing...but in a good way. Daniel Myer's (Huajobb frontman) voice has matured a bit, but still sounds verry evocative. I think this is definitly one of the most important artist in the current synth pop scene. Get into it.

5.0 out of 5 stars A new light, December 4, 2008

Frontman Daniel Myer of Haujobb formed Destroid in 2004 while barely keeping warm from the dying embers of Haujobb. From what I hear, the Haujobb project just never got the appropriate attention from it's main promoters, which is unfortunate, cuz Haujobb was, and always will be, a heavy staple in the EBM community. Included in the Destroid member lineup is Seb Rydell and Ribi.

Destroid's new album, Loudspeaker, makes no comprimises to it's EBM roots. In fact, you could almost consider it an evolution of Haujobb - almost. However, the music is a bit more driving, upbeat and has more of a pop structure with a new fresh, colorful sound. Seb and Ribi undoubtably has strong input and influence to the sound of Destroid.

I think it's time for us to stop holding this band (Destroid) to the light of Haujobb as it has all but flickered out. Destroid is the new main, and Loudspeaker rocks! Go pick it up!
