I bought this cd for just one track - the wonderfully swinging "Blue Invasion". It is so good that if I bought an album called "Greatest Swing Tracks Of All Time", I would want "Blue Invasion" to be on it. This is the kind of track that makes all my searching of obscure albums worthwhile.

This cd reissue By Original Jazz Classics contains the original album liner notes, which alone are worth the price of admission. Recorded in 1978. Digital remastering in 1994 by Phil De Lancie (Fantasy Studios, Berkeley).
