Another Version of "French Cooking for Americans",

A truly GREAT cookbook that's been printed with several titles.
The basic title is "French Cooking For Americans" but there are several other titles for the same book. Basically it's a collection of his experiences in his mother's kitchen and his recipes for truly traditional old style dishes. a Great cookbook btw... he was Chef at the Ritz, Personal Chef for President Charles de Gaulle, and inventor of Vichyssoise. ttyl hackamoretravel.com p.s. while it lists as "no longer available" it's been and is available as an "out of print book" from a number of amazon vendors |
