Product Description

Keep your hands protected and cool with the help of the Louis Garneau Women's 12c Air Gel Gloves. A cushy gel padding on the palm dampens the bumps and vibrations during your ride, and the 4-channel Ergo Air Zone provides plenty of ventilation so you're not riding with sweaty or uncomfortable hands. While the palms are plush, the blend of spandex materials on the backs of the hands keeps you from overheating on summer days. This cooling characteristic is enhanced by the Ergo Air Zone vents, which maximize airflow. You're connected to the handlebar with an Amara synthetic leather palm. It's augmented with vibration-damping gel padding, which varies in thickness between three and five millimeters. And since the palm is pre-curved, bunching and pinching are all but eliminated. The Louis Garneau 12c Air Gel Women's Gloves are available in three sizes, from Small to Large, and in the colors Black, Candy Purple, and Ginger.

I lost my last pair of cycling gloves so decided to try these.

Size- I think they run small. They are a tiny bit snug, not too much that they're uncomfortable but definitely fit tighter than my smalls in other models/brands so some people might want to go up a size.

Quality- I think the quality is great! Was cycling w/ a couple friends and one in front of me didn't see some gravel on the road and crashed, I swerved to avoid running into her and crashed too... My hands instinctively went to brace my impact against the road as I hit... Had the gloves on and didn't get any scrapes or injuries to my hands. The gloves don't look damaged either and it was a pretty hard impact-- according to my Garmin right before the crash I was going about 20mph. I had whiplash after, gravel embedded into my helmet, scrapes and bruises on my arms and legs. My friend didn't have any gloves on and wasn't as lucky.

I like them and would definitely recommend.

These are a great, very comfortable pair of gloves that fit my small hands very well. Pretty breathable, soft, and well cushioned, and the blue color is very appealing.

Unfortunately, after about a year, the material at the tops of the fingers, especially on my right hand, began to split and it's getting very thin above my knuckles. I have worn them nearly every single day for over a year, so I guess it makes sense that they would be showing some age. If the ends of the fingers had been hemmed at all, they would probably still be almost completely fine. I can't decide if I should try to add a hem myself, or just find a new pair of gloves that might last longer.

Other than the wearing, though, I have loved these gloves and would recommend them to someone who rides a bit less or is fine with the idea of replacing them in a year or two.

These gloves are well-made and comfortable. I like the fleece thumb and the padding on the palm is placed well. I wear them for mountain biking and they hold up very well. I had a pair of Louis Garneau gloves previously and after a couple of years of heavy use they were starting to wear out, so I picked up another pair that was another reputable brand. Unfortunately, those gloves from the other brand fell apart during it's first week of wear. I decided to stick with Louis Garneau because they clearly know how to design bike gloves.

True to size. Item fits snug but this is how I like it. It is not so tight that it is uncomfortable though. The color is beautiful and the construction is well made. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

I have very small hands (thumb and pinky finger stretched out barely touch the 'Q' and 'P' keys on a keyboard) and size medium is a snug fit! Definitely order up a size. Other than that, quite comfortable, though there's a seam that runs along the back that may irritate some.

I have tried on many pairs of gloves, and this is the pair that fits the best. I bought a pair a few months ago and wore them on my nearly daily bike rides. Fortunately, when I fell last week, my gloves were torn (and not my hands). So, I'm back for another pair. I wear a size small, which is pretty consistent throughout the glove brands, but sometimes I wear a medium. These gloves are cute, comfortable, and effective in protecting my hands on long rides (100mi) and falls.
