I now own five pair of these wonderful slacks. They are a thin summer-weight wool with nice lining. The fit and finish are very nice. It is very difficult to find any wool slacks for less than $100. These are excellent for the price. The navy color is very dark, almost black. The draping is wonderful without the shine of the poly-blend slacks so popular today.

Look carefully before clicking purchase to ensure these are the exact ones you want - flat front and no hidden expansion. Also there is no cuff at the bottom of the pants leg. Simply a straight pair of wool slacks.

Overall - I highly recommend these, especially for those who live in warmer climates.

The cut was a little tighter than I expected, but the fabric is very lightweight and cool. The inseam choices are limited; the legs are a little long, so I'll probably have then altered. They wrinkle a little more than I expected also. But they are cool and they look nice.

I have had these pants and they are okay. 100% wool as indicated but not the highest (or should I say finest) quality but good for the money. Lined to the kneee and flat front. However, I had to replace one pair because the stitching on the seam near the pocket started coming apart. Otherwise, I would have given 4 to 4.5 stars. I had only had the pants for 40 days or so. It was out of the 30 day return window but Amazon stepped up and sent me a replacement pair anyway. $65 for taylored, 100% wool pants is a good price. I am overall happy with these pants but concerned about the quality and durability.

The pants have a nice, modern fit but aren't too tight. This is the second pair I've purchased and I plan on buying more!

The fabric is medium weight and smooth. The fit was perfect and the cut is fantastic. My husband really likes the slacks and they really look nice, even after hours of wear. Beautifully made with nice extras like reinforced pocket bottoms.

The fit was fantastic. I bought three pairs of slacks, including a pair by Perry Ellis and Calvin Klein, and I returned the other two because the quality of the Louis Raphael made the others feel cheap. It's a comfortable wool. It's hot where I live, but the fabric is still comfortable in the heat. I haven't had opportunity to try it in cold weather, and probably won't.

The pants ran a little long, but not long enough that I'll get them re-tailored.

The pattern has a nice subtle texture to it. It's a bit more intricate than the picture shows. Overall, I think it looks very nice.

The pants fit a little tighter than the picture suggests. I'm average, and they fit a little snug. The fabric is comfortable enough, and the style these days is to go a little slimmer, so I'm happy with it, but looking at that image again, it looks a little looser than how the pants actually are, in my experience. In fact, I'd say they fit much better than the picture suggests. It was an even fit throughout the leg—no slack spots or tight spots, just a nice, clean fit.

I really like these trousers as they're inexpensive yet appropriate for work. They're a bit low-rise, so they fit nicely and have a modern look and feel. Wish they came in more of an assortment of colors.

Waist fits perfect...A little Roomy in the seat...I really could probably get an adult diaper in it....as a previous reviewer stated...I am keeping the slacks and just having them taken in in the seat...i've never had to do this...

Had these for about a year and a half. Was a little concerned based off of reviews that it may not be the same quality material you'd get at a store.

They fabric wore through and I had to throw them out yesterday. To be fair, they're pretty thin and perhaps a year and a half is acceptable shelf life for this product - 35-40 wears, ten or so trips to the dry cleaner.

For reference, around the same time I also bought this style in a few other colors and thus far those are holding up OK - the stitching at the bottom of a couple of them has come undone so I need to be careful putting them on, but that could be me just being too rough with them.

This time I've opted to order a different brand off Amazon to see if they're any more durable.

I've owned these pants since February and have probably worn them 5-7 times in the 5 months I've owned them.

On the positive side, the pants are very comfortable, light, and look nice. Great for the days I dress more casual at work.

On the negative side, the last time I wore them I noticed some thread hanging out of the bottom of my left pant leg. Unbeknownst to me, the entire hem across the front left pant leg came undone so now the material hangs over my shoe. That's the only place I've had stitching coming undone so far. Everywhere else seems to be holding up.

I would consider buying another pair, but I want to wait for some more reviews to come in to see if anyone else runs into the same issue with quality of the stitching.
