I had been looking for this cookbook since trying a few recipes from a coworker's copy over 10 years ago. It's been out of print for many years, and I was never able to find it in used bookstores. Glad to have stumbled upon it on Amazon. This book is filled with RIDICULOUSLY SIMPLE, straightforward and tasty ways to prepare crawfish. Why it's out of print, I'll never know. But I'm glad I finally got a copy.

This cookbook is a great example of what southern Louisiana cooking is all about. This is a great cookbook for anyone desiring to cook recipes that come out just as you expect. I made the Elaine's Crawfish Fettucini before purchasing this book. It was amazing. I can't wait to pass this book down to my grandchildren. This is a rare find! This book was only published in 1984.
