Fun little read, more for the memories than the recipes. I'm from Louisiana and this book makes me homesick in a nice way. Lots of traditional recipes that you grew up eating at potlucks and picnics along with a number of seafood favorites, all tied to different towns in the state. It is a book that feels like a lazy summer afternoon as you flip through it.
